1. Đối tượng dự thi:
• Những người quan tâm tới vấn đề rác thải nhựa ở Việt Nam.
• Độ tuổi từ 18 trở lên.
• Không phân biệt quốc tịch và hiện đang sinh sống tại Việt Nam.
2. Cách thức dự thi:
Tác giả đăng ảnh trực tiếp vào phần “Đăng ảnh dự thi” trên website chính thức của cuộc thi "Câu chuyện rác nhựa" (http://cuocthianh.mediamaxvietnam.vn/) hoặc gửi tới email: nguyenduong.journalist@gmail.com.
3. Thời gian nhận ảnh dự thi:
Từ 0 giờ ngày 5/2 – tới hết ngày 15/5/2021
4. Các chủ đề của ảnh:
• Phản ánh tình trạng rác thải tràn lan, không được xử lý đúng cách ở Việt Nam.
• Phản ánh tình trạng rác nhựa đại dương
• Phản ánh tác hại của rác thải nhựa tới môi trường, tới hệ sinh thái và con người ở Việt Nam.
• Ảnh có tác động sâu sắc tới người xem
• Các giải pháp xử lý rác thải được áp dụng tại Việt Nam.
5. Quy định cuộc thi:
• Ảnh được chụp từ ngày 1/1 – 15/5/2021, tại các tỉnh ven biển Việt Nam.
• Không chấp nhận ảnh được xử lý kỹ thuật làm thay đổi nội dung và bản chất sự việc.
• Độ phân giải tối thiểu 300 dpi.
• Ảnh dự thi phải được gửi kèm theo:
- Thông tin về tác giả: họ tên, điện thoại, email, địa chỉ cư trú, đơn vị công tác hoặc học tập.
- Thời gian tác phẩm được chụp. Khuyến khích những bức ảnh có thời gian chụp chính xác đến ngày.
- Địa điểm chụp tác phẩm chính xác đến xã, phường. Khuyến khích những bức ảnh gửi kèm bản đồ Google map địa điểm chụp.
- Tên tác phẩm. Ảnh gửi kèm bối cảnh và lời bình.
- Không ghi chú thích, chữ ký trên ảnh, ảnh có dấu hiệu nhận dạng tác giả sẽ bị loại trực tiếp mà không phải thông báo.
• Ảnh dự thi phải là tác phẩm của người đăng ký dự thi. Tác giả tự chịu trách nhiệm về hình ảnh dự thi không vi phạm pháp luật, không bị tranh chấp tác quyền. Nếu vi phạm quyền tác giả và quyền liên quan theo quy định của pháp luật, Ban Tổ chức sẽ thu hồi giải thưởng. Tác giả chịu mọi trách nhiệm trước Pháp luật do những vi phạm của mình gây ra.
• Nếu phát hiện ảnh dự thi vi phạm thể lệ, Ban tổ chức được phép loại bất kỳ ảnh nào trước, trong và sau cuộc thi.
• Ảnh dự thi có thể đã tham gia và đạt giải ở các cuộc thi khác.
6. Giải thưởng:
Việc lựa chọn ảnh sẽ dựa trên số lượng “like” trên Fanpage Ocean or Plastic (https://www.facebook.com/OceanorPlastic/) và đánh giá của Hội đồng Ban giám khảo. Các bức ảnh được lựa chọn từ vòng sơ loại sẽ được đưa lên fanpage. Các bức ảnh có số lượng like cao (chiếm 20% số điểm) và được Hội đồng Ban giám khảo đánh giá cao nhất (chiếm 80% số điểm) sẽ được lựa chọn xét giải.
• 03 Giải A – trị giá 5.000.000 đồng/giải
• 03 Giải B – trị giá 3.000.000 đồng/giải
• 03 Giải C – trị giá 1.000.000 đồng/giải
• 03 Giải Đặc biệt dành cho các tác phẩm được chụp tại 5 tỉnh thành: Bình Dương, (Quy Nhơn) Bình Định, Bình Thuận, Đà Nẵng và (Hạ Long) Quảng Ninh – trị giá 3.000.000 đồng/giải.
7. Cách thức công bố và nhận Giải:
• Kết quả cuộc thi sẽ được công bố vào tháng 6/2021 trên tạp chí Nghề nghiệp & Cuộc sống (https://nghenghiepcuocsong.vn/), trên trang Facebook Ocean or Plastic (https://www.facebook.com/OceanorPlastic/), trên website chính thức của UNDP Việt Nam (https://www.vn.undp.org/) và trên website chính thức của cuộc thi "Câu chuyện rác nhựa" (http://cuocthianh.mediamaxvietnam.vn/).
• Tác giả sẽ được nhận phần thưởng kèm giấy khen và sẽ được trao trực tiếp tại Lễ trao giải. Nếu tác giả không thể tham dự Lễ trao giải thì phần thưởng sẽ được chuyển khoản và giấy khen sẽ được chuyển qua bưu điện theo thông tin được cung cấp.
8. Quyền sử dụng tác phẩm:
Ban Tổ chức có quyền xuất bản và sử dụng các bức ảnh dự thi cho mục đích phi lợi nhuận như quảng bá, nâng cao nhận thức về rác thải và rác thải nhựa … mà không cần phát sinh bất kỳ khoản chi phí nào.

RULES
1. Eligibility: The contest is open to
• People interested in plastic waste in Vietnam.
• Ages 18 and over.
• Regardless of nationality and currently living in Vietnam.
2. How to enter:
The author posts photos directly to the section "Posting your pictures" on the official website of the contest 'Story of Plastic Waste' (http://cuocthianh.mediamaxvietnam.vn/) or by email: nguyenduong.journalist@gmail. com.
3. Time to submit photos of the contest:
From 0:00 a.m. on February 5, 2020 - until 12:00 p.m. on May 5, 2021
4. The subject of the photo:
• Reflects the spread of waste that is not properly disposed of in Vietnam.
• Displays ocean plastic waste
• Indicates the harmful effects of plastic waste on the environment, ecosystems and people in Vietnam.
• The photo has a profound impact on the viewer
• Waste treatment solutions applied in Vietnam.
5. Submission Requirements:
• Photos have been being taken from January 1 - April 30, 2021 in the coastal provinces of Vietnam.
• Technically processed photos that change the content and nature of the incident are not accepted.
• Minimum resolution of 300 dpi.
• Photos must be accompanied by:
- Information about the author: full name, phone, email, residential address, employer/university/college/school address.
- The time the work was captured. Encourage pictures with the taken date.
- The location to take the photo is addressed to the commune or ward level. Encourage photos with a Google map direction of the shooting location.
- Name of the work and its background and comments.
- No caption and no signature on the photo, the photo with marks to identify authors will be eliminated directly without notice.
• Entries must be the work of the entrant. The author is solely responsible for the entry of no violation of the law and no copyright disputes. If the copyright and related rights are violated in accordance with the law, the organizing committee will withdraw the prize. The author assumes all responsibility before the Laws caused by his violations.
• If it is found that a contest photo violates the rules, the organizing committee is allowed to remove the photo before, during and after the contest.
• Contest photos may have entered and won prizes in other contests.
6. Prizes:
The selection of photos will be based on the number of "likes" on the Fanpage Ocean or Plastic (https://www.facebook.com/OceanorPlastic/) and the judging of the Jury. The photos selected from the preliminary round will be posted on the fanpage. The photos with a high number of likes (accounting for 20% of the points) and the highest evaluation of the Jury Board (accounting for 80% of the points) will be selected for consideration.

• 03 Prize B - worth 3,000,000 VND/prize
• 03 Prize C - worth 1,000,000 VND/prize
• 03 Special Prizes for works taken in 5 provinces: Bình Dương, Bình Định (Quy Nhơn), Bình Thuận, Quảng Nam (Đà Nẵng) and Quảng Ninh (Hạ Long) - worth 3,000,000 VND/prize.
7. How to announce and receive the Prize:
• The contest results will be announced at the end of June 2021 in the Career & Life magazine (https://nghenghiepcuocsong.vn/), on the Facebook page Ocean or Plastic (https://www.facebook.com/OceanorPlastic/), on the official UNDP Vietnam website (https://www.vn.undp.org/) and on the official website of the 'Story of Plastic Waste' contest (http: //cuocthianh.mediamaxvietnam.vn/).
• Authors will be received a cash prize and a certificate of merit and they will be handed out at the Award Ceremony. If the author is unable to attend the Award Ceremony, the prize will be transferred and a certificate of merit will be mailed to the information provided.
8. Rights to use the work:
The Organizing Committee has the right to publish and use the photos of the contest for non-profit purposes such as promotion, awareness raising about waste and plastic waste ... without incurring any costs.
